Close to family residence. Met standard expected for hotel.
Negatives:
Room was not serviced. Left at 10am, returned at 9pm. Bed was not made. There was a leak from shower which soaked bathmat and left the bathroom floor wet. When dry bathmat and towels were requested, I was told that I would have to come to lobby to pick them up as the front desk person was the only staff person there.

Pleasant, no-hassle stay with delicious breakfast and a quiet atmosphere. Plenty of parking and 24-hour coffee. Demario was our front-desk agent, and he was awesome to deal with.
Negatives:
Carpets could be a bit cleaner. In fact, they should be replaced in every hotel for hard flooring, in my humble opinion. It's just impossible to keep them looking clean when you have a high-traffic establishment.

I paid for a room and seen a bug went dwn told staff we switch rooms and didn’t like it so they told me they will refund my money but never did refund no I called for 3 days to get my money back and they would not give it back i will never recommend nobody to stay there
