The front desk clerk was fantastic.
Negatives:
The room was not clean, there was hair all over the beds, my son found a fake fingernail on the floor, the tub had stains all around. Several rooms down the hall looked as if they had been broken into. Overall the room didn't seem clean or very safe.

We had to wait over 30 minutes for the room to be available and it was after 3:30 and 3 pm was check in time . Beds were not comfortable at all!!! The lock on door was broken, and the security latch was loose and falling off .

Not worthy of the Hampton Inn flag. The first room we were given had standing water in the bathroom floor, and a wet and dirty towel on the basin. We requested a different room.

The air unit was ok, tub couldve been cleaner and the hole at the base of the wall near the first bed shouldve been repaired before guests use that particular room
