Positives:
Breakfast was really good with a lot of choices. The elevator was a bit wonky so we took the stairs a lot but we didn't mind. The location was great, felt safe & the walk to the ferris wheel was really easy. The staff was great & very welcoming & had lots of recommendations for things to do around the city.

There wasn’t an option for self parking, you HAD to pay for valet. The towels were not clean when we arrived. There were stains and hair on them.
