I like the area very clean and quiet. The breakfast was good and served from 6am til 10am. I thought that was considerate due to some people sleeping late. The room was spacious everything including staff was very pleasant.

First, nothing on the website discusses $400.00, pre-authorization for incidentals. There is no bar area, you do not have to pay for breakfast and there are no restaurants on the property. On top of parking is $25.00/per day which does not cover all the hotel guests you are directed to an overflow garage for validation. Very misleading. When you are booking on a 3rd party site that is something that should be mentioned.

The pool was atrocious! We booked this particular hotel because they advertised a pool! It was green and hadn't been filtered for a long time. Couldn't see the bottom of the pool, and it's only three ft deep! The staff seemed not to care. Referred to Atlanta Health Department. Big item for liability.
We stayed for three days. When we asked for an extra day, the office staff said they couldn't do it.
They made us check out and then check back in.

Location was good. It was clean in the lobby and room. Customer service was okay. Mark was the best out of the staff.
Negatives:
The bathroom needs to be updated. One small sink doesn’t work. It is not a super functional bathroom. It also had to many marks on the walls.
