Great location, went to watch a soccer game at the Mercedes Benz stadium and it was writhing walking distance (although lots of Bird scooters around).
Breakfast was included and it was pretty good. 2options: either buffet or a la carte. Although the pancakes from the buffet were cold and a little stiff
