Negatives: Booked 2 rooms and one of them had roaches and the rooms were adjoining. Was only reimbursed for half of one nights stay. The food on the last day was awful. They had had biscuits, followed by biscuits that were undercooked, burned bacon, fruit flies all in the “fresh fruit”. There was a young lady in the kitchen that spoke English and she was good. Everyone else spoke little to no English.

Negatives: The pool had unattended kids that kept splashing water.

Negatives: Was a little annoyed with the front entrance area waiting to get to the door being blocked with several cars. We were looking for parking which was on the hill. We had to carry our luggage down the stairway from the parking lot.

Negatives: We checked in little after 10pm. Got to the room. We’re really tired after a long. Once we’re about to sleep I tried to drop down darkening curtain which didn’t work. Window had see through curtain. It was not possible to sleep without working darkening curtain. Immediately called to front desk and explained the situation. After 10 mins of discussion she kept repeating it’s not possible to fix it now but someone will come tomorrow morning. She goes I have reached out to my supervisor and kept him aware of it. I said really??? We can’t sleep with see through curtain almost midnight now and early morning it’ll be clear outside as well. I said it’s Hilton hotel but this is the service and quality I’m receiving…it was too much. We went down to front desk already after midnight after long discussion she goes I’m doing a favor to you giving someone’s room…you’re not favoring to me rather I demand it to have a good room for the price I paid for it. Finally we relocated to another room with already sleeping kids…you can imagine the pain. It was not acceptable and wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

Negatives: Afternoon desk staff was rude The floors, main lobby, and elevator was filthy Smelled unclean As a Hilton Honors members was not treated well Did not eat breakfast due to unclean conditions
