On the site it said there was a bar and restaurant but there was neither. They made me pay an additional 100 dollar desposit when we checked in. And said it would be 2-3 days when I get the money back. I still have not received that. They should have included that the bar was under maintenance and the restaurant we would have picked a different hotel instead of spending 250 for one night to stay there and still not get that deposit back when they said it would

The ac in the room was so loud! I had to turn the tv up so much to hear it and then quickly turn it down once the ac turned off.

The front desk employee gave me keys to a room and someone was already in the room!
Also I asked him about the nearest place to eat, he told me he didn’t know of any, yet later I found out there was a Mexican restaurant next door and guess what……….. he was in there waiting to get his food!! He did thank me for having a good attitude about not going off about his mistake (giving me an already reserved room). He said anyone else would have demanded to be compensated.
The room was fantastic! I wanted to pack the bed up and take it with me, for it was so comfortable

Booking scammed us by saying it’s a 4 star; I stayed at multiple 4-star hotels before, and I can say that this is definitely not in the same level as these 4-stars. I stumbled upon the whole second floor that’s like a junkyard, the corridors are narrow, and it wasn’t that comfy inside. Also horrible location that’s like 20 minutes from downtown Atlanta. Overall really disappointing :(
