Front desk was very professional, friendly and kind.
Appreciated being able to get a handicapped accessible room as my spouse is mobility challenged. The bed and pillows were soo comfortable. The staff at the breakfast area was very present and helpful.Food was delicious.
Negatives:
I didn’t like how the water didn’t drain fast enough from the shower. The floor became wet creating a potential fall hazard for my mobility challenge spouse. For that reason, I would not want a handicap accessible room again.

Negatives:
I didn't stay my whole requested days. The staff wasnt ethical. They kicked me out because their toilet malfunction. They lied to me about water leaking through the ceiling. They told me they can't accommodate me with another room because they were no rooms available. But housekeeping was literally cleaning out rooms that day. They told me they will refund my money for the days I didn't stay but I've received nothing.
