The rooms were a decent size and location was great

The first room we were in the bathroom door did not close all the way. Staff took them forever to change our rooms. Then, when they did, we had to stop what we were doing and come back to the hotel. Then, in the next room, the hot water took forever to get hot or not at all. The pool was not heated as we were told and smelled like bleach.

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night. They do have a shuttle service from the domestic terminal at Hartfield Jackson Airport. The driver was on time and the service was efficient. The driver arrived in good time so I didn't wait too long. Breakfast was average. The room (King Suite) had everything you can think of - fridge freezer, microwave, and a dish washer! My check in time was at 15:00. I asked for early check in and they kindly accommodated my request at short notice.
Negatives:
I sent a few messages via booking.com, email & Instagram to ask about their shuttle services from the airport and got no response! I got to Atlanta domestic airport and the grounds transportation staff advised that I had to call the hotel to inform them of my arrival, so bear this in mind if you do not live in Atl. The staff offered to call on my behalf though.

Front desk agent at check in just started her shift told me to hold on & had a conversation at the desk she was talking on her cell phone entire c/in time extremely unprofessional pls sit her down & explain to her just how unprofessional she was.
