The staff was nice and the lady over the food was so nice we enjoyed the breakfast. The room was clean and we requested certain things service was delivered promptly. The security officer was the best we was on a girl's trip was out late partying some nights and he made sure he was in site and we had a secure parking spot so we could easily get to our room safely. The night counter girl gave us great recommendations we had a ball. I love the way the staff handle another guest that was there with a big family and a lot of kids but the staff handled it very well and was nice to them even though they was a little noisy the staff was very professional. This would be a place I would stay with my family when I visit again. Thank you all so much

The pull out couch was worn out but the staff gave us extra blankets and sheets to make it comfortable so it worked out.

The staff was nice.

The complimentary cleaning every other day didn’t happen, I had to hunt for toilet paper, towels and empty my own garbage for 9 of the 10 days I was there. Some woman knocked on my door around 5pm asking if I wanted the room cleaned!
No! Not at 5pm. There was a group of guys in the back parking lot playing dice on a Friday evening.

The room we selected was supposed to have a pull out sofa bed and when we went to get it ready, it was broken, had dirty sheets and blankets on it, and there was a ton of trash stuck behind the pull out part. It was really gross.

Inclusive breakfast was a plus and overall room size was great.
Negatives:
Everything was out dated which just contributed to an overall feeling of dirtiness. Broken pull out sofa, poorly "patched", chipped tub. minor carpet blemishes. Simply OLD and DATED.
