I have a $250,000 vehicle and I had to park it outside in a filthy garage you all take people's money and don't give him a refund and put them in the lowest class hotels and the United States of America I am in the nastiest filthiest hotel I've ever been in my whole entire life and I'm 50 years old we cannot contact you you all are hoax and you are from another country and you all are using the United States of America that's why we cannot contact you but I will put a bad review on the hip so everybody will know how raggedy you are b******* system is kiss my ass

You all need to let people know upfront that there's no bail Monday there's no valet and where the car will be parked before you take people's money and then tell them you can't cancel and once they get in the hotel it is the filthiest nastiest hotel I ever stayed in my life and you are wanting to answer the damn phone where the f*** is your phone number I'm going to delete this f****** app and I would definitely put up baddest review I can do and everybody else that I know as well

There was no power for the most part of the night. It was hot and no lights. We had to walk up 5 flights of stairs.

Surprised that no discount was...

It was just ok. Nothing spectacular or eye opening. The staff was nice but the hotels selling point was “under construction”. So there really wasn’t any appeal. Rooms were standard. I liked the option of having the mini market as soon as you walk in.
Negatives:
The parking situation was bad. The sign to find the parking is very little and easy to miss. We legit missed the entrance 3 times becuase the sign is so tiny. The parking garage is small. And there was legit only one way in the hotel becuase the second door area was also “under construction”.
I tried taking the stairs down instead of the elevator due to it being slow but the first floor led to the outside construction where i couldn’t even get out. I had to go back up a flight of stairs and then back down the elevator to leave. That is ridiculous.
The cleaning lady didn’t come until my last day of my stay. So the trash was full for 2 days of my stay. And my toilet paper was low for the majority of the trip.

I booked this hotel late into the night after Downtown ATL had a water management issue, canceling my original reservation. I paid for the booking through booking.com just for the property to say they do not see the reservation. I was promised a full refund over 7 days but regardless, how is this even possible? The nighttime receptionist made little to no effort to accommodate.

Cheaply renovated. Bathroom walls not repaired prior to renovation. Elevators extremely slow. Poor value considering the condition of the property.

I didn’t get house keeping services. I had to get my own towels from the house keeping cart in the hall. No one cleaned my room.
