The breakfast was great! That's one of the first things I look for when choosing a place to stay.
Negatives:
Several: They only have enough towels for each room to have 1, full size towel. We asked several times for just 1 more towel, and they kept telling us that they didn't have any. The valet left our vehicle out all night and still charged us.
Positives:
One of the valet attendants was awesome. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond due to me due to my handicap. I hate that I didn't get his name but I tipped him for his services. The front desk attendant was great. He was able to make stay pleasurable in spite of my handicap.

The receptionist checked me into the wrong room then made us move. Also the new room had a ceiling fan that made a high pitch noise.

The rooms was a nice size, very spacious. The location was perfect. Complimentary breakfast is always a bonus!
Negatives:
The bottom of the shower liners in the bathroom were orange and needed to be changed. Stayed for 3 nights and requested extra towels each day from staff on day and night shift. It took the operations manager to honor our request on our very last night. Location and room was good, but the staff was sorry. Even the night shift valet guy had an horrible attitude.

Suite was good and cozy, well equipped and reasonably clean. Breakfast was served on time and had a decent selection of food. Overall smooth experience, great location of the hotel and helpful and efficient staff.
Negatives:
They did not have extra pillows in the front desk, so it was slightly inconvenient. Otherwise a great stay.

Experience could have been significantly better without much additional cost to hotel: 1) toilet paper was terribly cheap and flimsy, 2) tv in bedroom was good but tv in living room got very few stations 3) no creamer for coffee 4) only 1 glass and 1 cup
