The room was spacious and the breakfast, when available, was good. The on site mart had a nice amount of selection.
Negatives:
Of our 6 rooms, 4 had no AC. The whole hotel was so hot. We got trapped on an elevator and when I brought it to the staff’s attention that we had to pry the doors open to escape, nobody really cared. The breakfast was out of plates, coffee, eggs, sausage, and waffle batter at 8:30 am (fortunately they made more after I asked). Parking for $20 is an absolute joke because it’s just an open lot - no valet or covered parking. Total ripoff. And they make you sign up for a website that you pay the parking on and it counts down your time to the second (so you aren’t charged by the night, you’re charged by the day). Our TV remotes were literally taped together, our coffee maker was missing its tray, nobody in our party even had conditioner even after the room was serviced. The hotel had a thick musty smell. Check in was a disaster too. They ran out of hotel room keys and then when we finally got ours, it didn’t work. Would never stay here again and I could type so much more. Lynette was very helpful though in trying to rectify our issues.

Parking was a little expensive, there is a private parking lot in the back but you have to pay through a mobile parking app that’s almost $40 a night

The Staff were amazing, so welcoming, and always happy to help. The facilities were always clean and loved that we had a kitchen in our suite so we had the option to cook meals at the hotel when we wanted.
It also wasn't too far to walk or Uber to some of the restaurants and stores in the area, I even saw they were building a new Publix (Grocery Store) only 5 min walk from the Hotel.
Negatives:
I didn't like that they didn't refund the $150 bond I paid on the room when I checked in.
Also, a better variety of hot breakfast choices would be a bonus, and PLEASE always have pork gravy on the menu!.
