Negatives: tub was slightly dirty plants at reception outside empty pots- not a good look- just plant small trees in them looks dead and uninviting is all everything else 100% amazing

Negatives: The hotel was barely livable. The floors were soft and bounce when you walk.. the tiles in the shower were lifted and we thought we would go through the floor just trying to use the bathroom. It was very frightened. Lots of broken things in the room. No tv. No phone. No proper bed sheets. No elevator.

Negatives: Upon arrival, the "digital key" did not work to get us in the gate so I needed to check in at the desk. It was pouring rain and I rushed inside. I waited 20 minutes for someone to come up front to greet me. They changed my room to 343. In the room, a leg on the table had a large crack and was broken. When we unfolded the couch bed, it had a loose spring that I had to reattach before my children could sleep on it, and there were only 2 towels. Only two towels for a booking for multiple people. We called the front desk for more towels (it was now 10pm and still raining so we requested that they be delivered to us). The attendant told us there was a "large party" and the towels were in the dryer. We asked for them to be delivered once they were clean. A large booking should not be a reason to not have enough towels ready for guests. In the morning, there were cleaning carts blocking the hallway, which we needed to move in order to get our luggage out of the building.The water was yellow in the shower, and continued to leak after being shut off. The plug in the sink did not function properly, either and needed to be completely removed in order to drain. All of this was unacceptable for a hotel that costs $350 a night.

Negatives: The area was racial profiling me even though I've paid for two rooms that night.

Negatives: Parking spaces were tiny and not enough spots

Negatives: They would not clean your room or bring them towels. I had a premium sweet. Everything was supposed to be redone every day. It never got done one time in four days

Negatives: The room smelled like wet dogs. Sheets were stained. Book room for 5 people. Had a king bed with 4 pillows in it and no extras for the sofa bed. When asked for more at the desk they said they had no extras. We only had 3 towels in our room and when asked for more we were told we had to wait that they were being washed. What kinda hotel doesn’t have enough towels. No towels at the pool…just filthy experience
