I like that the property was convenient. There are plenty of restaurants near it. The views are awesome, especially the view from the hotels pool. Erin went above and beyond to make sure our stay was spectacular.
Negatives:
The staff at this hotel is extremely rude. The valet made it known that they weren't going to help me with my bags and said that's for bell hop not valet. They were playing on their phones instead of greeting customers and making our stay accommodating. The whole valet is a rip off because of valet is not even covered and there's not even cameras to record if there was any theft. I'm not sure why we paid for valet. Next, the rooms weren't ready when we arrived and we had to wait to get a room.

The server for Sunday breakfast she completely forgot about our food and did nothing to fix the issue. She tended to everyone else I had to go to front desk for help. Front desk staff was very nice and accommodating .

The housekeeping works until midnight and is very loud - I had to complain multiple times - they had at least 8 different people working on the hall until midnight, they were chit chatting and goofing off and you could hear every word. When I complained the first time they simply told me "they still have rooms to clean". I was given points on the second complaint (at 11:45 pm) but told they couldn't move me due to being oversold (except the entire floor I was on apparently). There were a couple of other mishaps (given the wrong room number initially and very slow elevators) that would prevent me from staying again.

Location is great. Walking distance to many restaurants and grocery stores.
Negatives:
The room does not have microwaves or mini fridges, so you have to request it, but our friends were out of luck because the hotel does not have enough for everyone? Should these be just a standard in every room?
I have also booked my reservation with free breakfast. Upon check in, the hotel staff confirmed my free breakfast, how and where to order from. The hotel charged my credit card anyway. Then I left several messages, calling the hotel for an entire week! The regular staff can do anything about. They transfer your calls to others each time. After no response from anyone, management and Finance Department I had to dispute their charges with my credit card company. I would not stay there again. My trust has been broken on many levels.
