Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Small restaurant in the lobby with breakfast.
Negatives:
We were given the wrong room and then had to wait two hours for the correct room. I called ahead and asked for a crib and was told upon arrival they didn’t have any. Luckily, they ended up having and/or acquiring one. The shower took 10-15 minutes to warm up. It was the worst thing because we would get home late with our two kids and need to quickly shower them and put them to bed, but we couldn’t because of how long the shower took to warm up. I was also given dirty utensils twice at the restaurant.

Air conditioning did not work in our room. They were not able to fix or accommodate a move to another room until our 3rd and final night. Got moved to another room but the toilet did not work in that room. None of the ice machines worked on any floors.
