We were in town for the major attractions, like the aquarium, Coca Cola, the zoo, etc- the location was perfect for this. It felt safe and secure! The staff was absolutely wonderful! Everyone was so friendly!

Beautiful property next door to aquarium.
Negatives:
No option to self park. You have to use valet parking with is 35.00. My truck was left unlocked. Upset me after seeing the sign that said "not responsible for missing items " I started locking my truck from the my app. My debit card was charged twice had to wait until I checked out to get refunded. That was very uncomfortable. Manger told me next time use a credit card.

Positives:
very good location , next to main attractions, Coca Cola and aquarium , we never needed to take the car, we just walk around. staff was good. parking was convenient but very expensive.
Negatives:
when we get the room, the toilet was not flushing, the safe box was not working (and never did) , the blackout shade was not working as well, we were 4 in the room and they left only 3 towels. maintenance came promptly and solve most of the issues (except from the safebox). Breakfast time was chaotic , not enough food for everyone. waited 30 min for food to be replenish.

Positives:
The room and the amenities were exactly what I hoped for and even more. The space was amazing yet cozy. Access to do the laundry was also a plus. I only learned about the double blinds when I was leaving
Negatives:
No assistance to carry luggage to the room. A little upgrade is needed. Having to pay for laundry soap and dryer sheets was disappointing. Not having the option to pay incidentals with cash. Incidentals' price is very high. Nb. Please fix the lift to go to floor 2.

The staff was very friendly.
Negatives:
The hotel was dirty and we had 2 towels for a family of 5. I asked for more towels, the front desk girl was very polite and sent the request right in front of me to another team. We never got the towels, so I went to the pool and took towels to use. When our room was “cleaned” only one of the 3 garbage cans were emptied, coffee was not replaced or the cups. The least filled garbage was the one emptied, not the kitchen one with food in it. When we first got to our room, the floor of the room was sticky, so I ended up cleaning it myself along with the bench which was covered in, what I hope was juice.

Positives:
The location was exactly what we wanted - a short walk to the Georgia Aquarium. On the flip side, areas near the location weren't as well kept. I've included a picture of the view from our room. A pleasant surprise was Max's Coal Oven Pizzeria just a few blocks away.
Negatives:
When we arrived, there was no way to get into the hotel since you needed a key. There was also no one at the main desk (who would be able to see and open the door). Finally, another hotel guest let us in. There still was no one at the desk about 10 minutes. Secondly, $55 for parking at the hotel seemed excessive given the prices for public overnight parking close by.
