Positives:
The room itself and the hotel location was excellent. I will definitely consider staying here again just for that reason. We also liked the convenient parking facility which we had access to (able to come and go) for a single nightly fee.
Negatives:
The staff was somewhat lacking. They took "Care of Business" but were slow and not very personable. They didn't give any details about breakfast and there were also issues with the parking garage. AGAIN, this was somewhat minor compared to the hotel itself and breakfast which was very good. The only other issue was the OUTSIDE noise which I Know the hotel had no control over. Seems they were racing up and down Piedmont Road or Peachtree Road until after 2 AM. Certainly caused sleeping issues.

Parking in the parking garage wasn't exceptional. I never could get the elevator to respond and had to use the stairs, and the exit to get from my level down to ground level and back to the hotel was not clearly marked. I ended up on the basement level and had to exit at the back of the parking garage and walk entirely around the garage to get back to my hotel.

No housekeeping for the 3 days that we stayed there. Did not make up the bed at all. Trash was not collected and also the dirty towels. Clean towels were left on the sofa. The parking garage was tricky. Make sure you park at the right area. They charge for parking too but in the website it was free parking.
