After Monday, Jul 8th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jul 8, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: We loved everything, but the top 3 for me were the room setup (divider with sleeper sofa), dog-friendly walking area, and pool. The staff was super friendly and the location was perfect for our plans. We walked to Carrabba's for an excellent dinner and were 20 minutes from our planned attractions. The buffet breakfast was fantastic as well.

Negatives: The only disappointment was that the fryer wasn't working when we wanted to order food, but we had plenty of snacks so it wasn't a big deal!
