I’ve stayed at this property numerous times due to it being near downtown and having easy access. My friend and I enjoyed the room and having a clear view of outside. The staff is always amazing at this location and makes check in easy!

The room itself was good, comfortabel bed.
Negatives:
The room could not be locked, I called down and was met with 'yeah, what do you want me to do about it?'. Asked that maintenance would look at it the next day, yet found out the next day when inquiring that it was not recorded. Also, the most expensive parking lot still does not feel secure as people can get in from the street. There were dealers and working girls hanging around on a higher & lower parking floor + lots of people just sitting around in parked cars when I got in late. The hotel is super difficult to find, drove around for a good 30 minutes as the address is not known as such in the car navigation.
Breakfast was a farce. They put out fancy and lidded le Creuset pots on a hot plate, yet the food is cold. Other options run out and are not refilled (incl. Coffee). They close the breakfast area 15 minutes before the end time. For the price it would have been nice to have a microwave in the room and not the nasty/never cleaned one down in the lobby. Couch in the room had sitting cushions that did not belong with the couch and had blood stains on them.

I love everything about this hotel. It was clean, staff was WONDERFUL! Surrounded by plenty restaurants and stores and I indeed like the fact that the Perimeter Mall was right there in walking distance. Breakfast was DELICIOUS! So many things to choose from. The Bartender "Big Lidy" is down to earth, excellent personality. I most definitely will be back,and I will indeed recommend this hotel to family and friends who plans on visiting Atlanta. Ms.Debra love Y'all keep up the excellent customer service Y'all ROCK‼️

Comfortable, Clean and felt safe, Stephen (day) and Miles (evening)were so accommodating as well as the bartenders! Props to them! They are keepers.

It was difficult for WAZE to find it. We went around in circles for 20 mins. Had to call desk and get instructions.
