Positives:
When I arrived at 5:30 on Friday, they were offering free wine to their guests. The staff were very friendly and happy to answer any questions. It is a short walk to Buckhead Village. I ate dinner at Gypsy Kitchen. The towels and bedding were fresh and clean.

Excellent Place to Stay Near...
Positives:
It is located within walking distance to several good restaurants and a great dog park. The grounds are nice. We didn’t visit any of the onsite restaurants so I can’t speak to them.
Negatives:
The air conditioning was not working in our room 811. We requested assistance twice and were told someone was on the way but no one ever showed. There are no windows to open so no air movement whatsoever. Neither my daughter nor I slept because it was 80 degrees in our room. Per the gentleman at the front desk, they were having a problem and had notified engineering but nothing was done. He said he would see what he could do for me so we’ll see. Not happy at all.

Paid over $200 to essentially...
Negatives:
I stayed for 10 nights along with some colleagues. During my stayed I noticed one day my yerba mate (kind of tea) bag was gone. Did not care much about it until I started packing and realized my blomingdales bags that were next to my bed for the last 5 days were gone along with my brand new ON sneakers that were inside. No one took responsability for it, and for the three hours before I left for the airport I was told that if they could not sort out what happened with my shoes, they would reimburse me 50% of the total price. That was not acceptable for me. Finally, before leaving they agree to reimburse for the total amount I've paid (not considering my time and the 4 lifts I took to multiple stores until I got the sneakers i was looking for).

I loved the mid-Century modern dcor of the entire hotel. My room was so beautiful I could have stayed there forever. The fitness room, pool, and roof top bar were amazing! I highly suggest the cocktail, Naked and Afraid.
Negatives:
There was construction near the hotel that woke me up. When I mentioned this to the hotel staff they gave me a coupon for a free drink at the bar. Also, none of the restaurants were open for dinner during my two night stay and I was looking forward to trying them. There were several restaurants nearby though.
