Negatives: The queen beds are tiny

Negatives: Other than the abandoned hotel next door that bring down the property value. My door was broken, had to insert my key multiple times before it would work, so luckily I wasn’t running for my life or anything. The toilet seat was beyond broken and slid every time you sat down. It’s a nice and safe place to sit but there is absolutely no scenery here.

Negatives: Not enough staff, dirty halls, dirty rooms, broken AC, sketchy people lurking outside.

Negatives: The property it self and the rooms we had to switch because the first one wasn’t clean. The pool wasn’t clean

Negatives: The faculty people was real nice

Negatives: There was someone staying on the floor above us with an animal of some sort (I’m assuming a dog) that ran around all night long.

Negatives: The breakfast was not great, but it was included. At times staff seemed overwhelmed by he amount of persons coming for the breakfast served. They need a bit more assistance in the mornings.

Negatives: The room that I booked for the weekend for an amazing “Dad- cation” for my husband, has been a disaster!! I checked in around 3:30 on Friday. Once receiving the keys, i entered the room that had rubber bands with hair attached to it on the floor. Two lamps weren’t working, and the tub was disgusting!! I immediately called downstairs to switch rooms or have them clean again before i had my husband arrive. The housekeeper arrived - never knocked night i add. She barged right in unexcused with another young lady. She said they told her downstairs about the room being dirty and she brought the client with her because she was the one who cleaned. She DID see the hair and rubber band and proceeded to pick it up. I met her know about the tub. She explained that the tubs are their biggest concerns to customers and it’s a paint job that need to be done but the company isn’t doing anything. She then said she will check the system to see which room i can be moved too once i expressed to her that I just want my husbands experience to be a good one for the weekend. 30 min went by and I haven’t heard anything back. At this point it’s now 430 and Inhave to pick my husband up from work. We returned to the room to get him settled, although it wasn’t perfect, he decided he would stay because of my kind gesture. Later on he text me that half of the outlets weren’t working in the room and that he had to may a towel down to take a shower because of the fear of washing in a dirty tub. This morning, he went down for breakfast and he showed me how the sausage were waters down, eggs soggy, so settled for a muffin. I am truly disturbed by this hotel not living up to the standard that the website and billing states they are. He has one more night and tbh we live in the area so that’s the one reason why he hasn’t left yet. A weekend of peace and self care, turned into a nightmare.
