Negatives: The pool and Jacuzzi were not in good condition for our visit. The pool needs to have the bottom refinished and it was not appealing.

Negatives: The ice machine on 3rd floor leaked and carpet was soaked. Refrigerator in room was caked in ice and door wouldn't close. Rooms need an upgrade, furniture panels ripping off and paint chipping on doors. On top of that, there was a hold fee of $175 for a room that wasn't well maintained. Shouldn't that be published somewhere? I will not stay again or recommend to family and friends.

Negatives: I did not like the fact that my room did not have any towels and when I went to the front desk, I was informed that they do not have any towels because there’s a shortage on towels. The hotel and rooms were outdated. None of the elevators were working. We had to walk up three flights of stairs to get to our room. The tub in the bathroom was so outdated and needs a deep cleaning and glaze. We had to use a pool towel to put on the base of the tub in order to take showers. The bedspreads were clean but dingy. The walls needs to be wiped down and there was trash left behind one of the beds. One of the hallways on the second floor smelt like urine. Oh, and the pool is a joke. The bottom of the pool is so bad that the pool looks like it has sand in it. Stay at this hotel at your own risk. I rate this hotel a negative one however, the staff was great. Due to the filthiness of the hotel, we decided against eating the free complementary breakfast.

Negatives: The first elevator was out of order, and we had to walk all the way down the hall to get to our room

Negatives: Room was not properly cleaned, breakfast was not good, and beds were uncomfortable.

Negatives: My first night in the room, it smelled. The source of the problem was a used rag hanging above the shower and the curtains were mildew. Ughhh!!!! I was too exhausted but the lady at the from was very pleasant and I love that!

Negatives: Had I known to get another room when I paid for extra nights I would have. Went down to the front 4 times over the course of 2 days to ask if someone could come clean my room. Needless to say it got cleaned on the 3rd day. Toilet was backed up for two days before someone decided to come fix the issue

Negatives: Room wasn't cleaned, used soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Only 1 small towel in the bathroom and was told when I went to the front desk thet they didn't have any clean towels.

Negatives: The $175 incidental fee is not posted until you are at the facility. You should be made aware of this hold before you book the room.
