Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Sunday, Jun 16th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Sunday, Jun 16th, 2024 at midnight and Monday, Jun 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Monday, Jun 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jun 17, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night's charge (Hotel policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout. These #START_PHOTO#charges#END_PHOTO# may be mandatory (e.g., resort fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or minibar charges) and are not included in the room rate.

Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The seasonal outdoor pool is open from May until September. Please note that the complimentary shuttle service is available Monday - Friday and offers transportation within a 3.1 mi radius of the property. This hotel charges 25 USD per room per night for pets. Limited pet-free rooms are available. ADA-defined service animals are welcome with no additional fee. The La Quinta Inn and Suites Perimeter Medical is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke free environment. Smoking tobacco, pipes, vapes, e-cigarets and marijuana is strictly prohibited within the hotel. By booking through this website, you acknowledge that the hotel has installed smoking detection sensors provided by NoiseAware in its rooms. NoiseAware is a smart device that allows hotel management to respond to smoking events without disrupting your stay. You hereby agree and consent to the use of such sensor in your room and acknowledge and agree that it is 100% privacy compliant and required by the hotel. By acknowledging the foregoing, you agree to waive any future claims related to the presence of the sensor in a room you may book. Tampering with the sensor is strictly prohibited. Any violations of this policy could result in penalties of up to $400. Any physical damages to the hotel will be assessed at actual replacement value in excess of the penalty.
