Checked in late but the wait was 20mins. W/ only 2 ppl ahead of me, Desk guy was nice tho. I could smell cigarette & weed smoke. My room smelled like sitting water as soon as I walked in, shower stopped up. Ppl arguing in the parking lot @ check out.

We wanted to get in the pool during our stay but couldn?t. The pool was filthy, it looks nothing like pictures. I have a video of what the pool looks like. The room was clean, however my towels wasn?t.

A lot. I was tired upon checking in to the hotel and just want to eat and sleep, so i didnt have time to inspect my bedroom for cleanliness until i woke up in the morning. Then i found human?s hair everywhere on the blanket & bedsheets which are not mine.

My room seemed dirty and it was hot inside. The A/C unit didn't seem to do anything. Also breakfast was lacking. There was cream cheese but no bagels and the options were so slim.
