The location was great!

The staff was no help, the A/C barely worked. There was barely anyone at the desk to mention it to them. When you called the front desk no one answered, if you were to go downstairs which was a hassle because one of the elevators were broken.

There was a hole in the wall. The light fixtures in the bathroom had wires hanging. We needed extra blankets, we were told none were available because the laundry person had left for the day.
