Positives:
The hotel was lovely but I stayed 1 night and once I checked out, I was charged numerous random charges. I was then charged a random $237 and I went to the front desk and was given a receipt showing that I was getting a refund. It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten my refund. I have reached out numerous times, with no response. I have called over 9 times, left 4 voicemails, contacted the head of marriot and all. Moral of the story, they literally stole $237.73 from me!!!
