Negatives: The pillows didn’t feel like traditional comfortable hotel pillows that I’m accustomed to, uncomfortable quality. I have stayed at other hotels that have a kitchen normally you have dish liquid and dishwasher detergent in the room in order to clean your dishes, there was none. We had to go downstairs and ask and was given dish liquid only. The phone didn’t work to dial for housekeeping directly. not enough toilet paper nor paper towel, had to go downstairs to get another roll of each. I set of towels for each person. I feel for the money I paid, it wasn’t worth it. Normally there’s a table with 2 chairs to eat your food. We had a table with no chairs. A desk with a chair. We had to sit on a dingy couch and eat our meals together on these little tables, since it wasn’t an actual table it created a mess, barely enough room for plates and drinks etc. We wish we could get a partial refund, work to hard to waste money and couldn’t cancel since it was passed cancellation option

Negatives: Toilet didn't flush. It would drain water not the tissue.

Negatives: The breakfast was mostly starchy food. Eggs, biscuit, bagel, toast, waffle, oatmeal, apple, yogurt, muffins, sausage and gravy. No meat to choose only sausage and gravy. No syrup for waffles. It was only one roll of towel tissue in the bathroom so I had to ask someone for more tissue.
