When I specifically booked, I ask for a working microwave. A working refrigerator that was very important because I didn't want to eat out when I came home from the convention. I just wanted to eat something that I had brought or been able to warm it up. And neither one of those was working and I ask for replacements and they told me. I would have to move to another room and get charged more. But I reserve this room probably at least six months in advance

I reserved 3 double queen rooms for a travelling party of 6 ppl, weeks in advance. When I arrived they had no queen rooms left, so they gave us Executive King rooms, which means that one person in each room had to sleep on a sofa bed. NOT what we reserved. When pressed, was told since the reservation was made through Booking.com, no discount could be given. What kind of hotel does not actually reserve the rooms that one has RESERVED? Extremely irritating.
Additionally, the front desk person did not know the clearance on either the regular or oversized garages, so we ended up having to drive all over the property trying to find a space to accommodate our 7ft high van, eventually parking in an un-secured visitor parking area.

Unprofessional and unsatisfactory.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I had accidentally booked a handicap room and they were happy to swap us to a room with a pull out bed to accommodate my son.
Negatives:
The body wash in the shower smelled like absolute death. So much so my husband tried to see if you could take the top off of the bottles to see if someone had tampered with it. I smelled it and my body reacted immediately by throwing it onto the shower floor. It was kinda out of the way from everything but again that’s not their fault.

We stayed there for 7 days and had to come downstairs to get clean towels! The WiFi did not work for over 2 days and no one cared! They kept saying I was not here yesterday! I don’t know anything! Ice maker did not work! Front desk people were very indifferent! This was the worst hotel we ever stayed in! We did not like anything about it!

I arrived after 8:30 and didn’t stay I was there long enough to check in and drop off my luggage. However the next morning when I went to shower the floor and tub was dirty. As I left the facility I told the housekeeper on the floor as well as the front desk about the bathroom. I didn’t not return Friday night because the event ended very late however Saturday morning when I got there nothing was done to clean the bathroom so I took my Clorox wipes to wipe out the tup and floor.
