My leg had a cast on it they just look at me trying to get in and just a small smartness about helping guest. We had to beg for towels we didn't bath for two days couse we had nothing to dry off with

Staff was really great and very friendly/helpful. Hotel was nice, lots of thoughtful accommodations in the lobby. The room was comfortable.
Negatives:
Rooms needed more pillows; hallways in room levels were a little unclean (trash and a flickering overhead light) and the room was out of body wash, but since it’s those mounted bottles in the shower you didn’t know until it was too late.
