Just the location of the hotel in the middle of everything in Atlanta and the size of my room.
Negatives:
The parking, the valet attendants and breakfast staff was absolutely horrible. Also don't like the fact that this hotel doesn't have luggage carts for people with alot or heavy luggage. Not good at all

2/4 elevators were out of service. The remaining 2 elevators serviced BOTH the Staybridge Suites and the Crown Plaza. Long elevator wait times. Also only parking option given to us was $50/day.

Yes! The valet parking service was pathetic. Way too long of a wait for them to retrieve my car. And Monday when we checked out it was extra bad. We waited at least an hour for our car and no one seemed to know what the problem was. Unacceptable

It took us over 40 minutes to check into our room. We were only behind 2 other travelers, but there were 3 travelers behind us waiting to check in. The staff member who was checking people in did not even offer an apology for the long wait. Also, another staff member walked through, saw the long line, and did not assist anyone.

It's my pleasure to mentioned that i really enjoyed my stay at STAYBRIDGE SUITES ATLANTA. The hospitality, friendliness and the care shown by the staff of Staybridge especially TAMI and AALIYAH was really exceptional. Based on the experience i had during my stay I recommend the place to anyone visiting Atlanta for either leisure, business and so on.

Staff was very friendly and hotel was nice and clean. The room was also very spacious with a spectacular view of downtown. I enjoyed the breakfast every morning as well. It literally felt like a one bedroom apartment with the full kitchen.

Dirty and there was alive roach in the room. Manager did not handle the situation. They lied and said I was going to get refunded and I never heard from them.

The room and breakfast was very good. The ladies at the front desk was very patient and helpful. The breakfast lady Ill give her a 10/10 she was on point with everything all the mornings I was there.
Negatives:
That the housekeeper didnt come not one of the four days I was there to see if I needed anything. I had to call for clean towels and bath clothes.
