It’s undergoing renovation so the pool was unavailable. The room was out of shower gel and though we asked for some three times, never received any. The check in/help desk was often unmanned and/or the system was down so that presented difficulties and the valets ended up helping many people with other issues rather than just their cars (which was very much appreciated)! I will not stay here in the future.

The breakfast was nice. The staff and security guards were helpful.

The hotel rooms were dank and stuffy and in need of repair. The walls and the flooring and the bathroom all shown wear and tear and in need of improvement.

The lack of staff in the kitchen because there was no plates and had to wait for a long time to get food since we had to look for staff to replinesh the plates that the guests will be using for breakfast.

The room was quite spacious but the bathroom was not the one from the pictures. It had all amenities - oven, microwave, fridge etc.

The room was on the 21st floor and yet it was very noisy because of I-85 in proximity. Not a good noise insulation. The breakfast was quite basic. It would be fair to mention the price of the parking - 50 USD/night

Good location for a music festival we were attending.
Negatives:
Most uncomfortable bed I can remember sleeping in. Reservation was for a king and we got two doubles.
Didn’t provide the basic amenities that you even get something like a Sleep Inn. No blow dryer in the room, which is something I haven’t seen since 2006.
Room was never cleaned, nobody brought new towels, asked to pick up our trash, etc.
