4 hours on hold trying to get an employee on the phone. Room wasn’t ready for 4 hours past the check in time and missed the event we came there for. Staff wasn’t helpful at all.

The rooms was horrible, there were roaches all over room . The breakfast was the worst I ever had and last but not least the beds was ok .

The breakfast buffet was good. The staff were nice IF you could get a hold of them.

The bathroom door wouldn't close. I couldn't sit on the sofa because the cushions were slanted. I found someone else's dried blood on the blanket. It took an hour and a half to get a new blanket. I tried for about an hour to get a hold of someone on the phone. I didn't want to go to the front desk because I have difficulty walking. Finally, I went down to the front desk to speak with someone. The person was nice but it still took over 30 min to get a new blanket.

The location, room and price are good.
Negatives:
The breakfast was horrible. They serve the same menu every day. Plus, they have 2 separate breakfast places, one which looks like a restaurant and the other that's like a lunchroom. Gives the sense of second class guest. Separate and not equal.

The room was larger than expected. Very clean.

This hotel is inside another hotel so finding the entrance was a problem. Was promised a lower room for my service dog and was put on the $20th floor. Only parking option is to park in the public lot and pay $50 every time you leave or valet for $50 a night.
