The location was great. comfortable bed and nice view. The room & hotel was clean overall. The bar was a nice addition to the lobby. The pool was okay for general relaxation purposes. Ubers were easy to get there.
Negatives:
The staff rarely answered the phone. Our room phone was not working. The cleaning staff only cleaned our room once during a 3-night stay and it was our last night they came around asking "the best time" so we had to schedule it. The shower had no door so yes, it looked aesthetically pleasing but water would get EVERYWHERE. there was also very little drawer space & hanger space was odd because it had the safe under it which limited your space. The pool was okay - they had a "bar" available but half the time you were waiting for a staff member even to come out to take an order. Having staff coming around or utilizing an online service would have been nice.

The customer service was awful. We arrived at 1pm and were told our room would be ready at 4pm. However, they did not have our room ready for us until 7pm. The staff were rude and not helpful or accommodating at all. I will never stay here again and I will make sure to never recommend it to anyone.
