On our first arrival, there were live roaches in our room, which we overlooked and my husband killed them. We came for my birthday and unfortunately that night, my son got sick so we immediately requested the following morning for housekeeping - no show.

Room was dirty and worn down. Tons of dust on the baseboards and walls. Very upkeep!

Low hot water temperture in the mornings, many signs of poor Maintenace and deterioration, priced to high for the condition of a luxury Hotel.

To start, people were sitting on the floors everywhere waiting for a room. House cleaning was behind and people were waiting hours for a room well into the night. The shower didn't drain and stayed ankle deep

I didn't like that it was a 2.5 hrs wait to check in. It was very ridiculous and the reason given was rooms had to be inspected. There was no compensation given for inconvenience.
