Room 204 is located directly on back of the elevator shaft...each time someone uses the elevator it roars inside the room. Impossible to get a decent night sleep.

I attempted to check in a bit earlier and without the staff checking, they just kept telling me no. You have to wait. Customer service wasnt too good. The room looked like it was slept in already so I had to change rooms.

Horrible hotel. Its dirty and dark! People camber about loudly in the middle of the night. People smoking in their rooms at all hours. The staff do not want to acknowledge that people are smoking or do anything about it. Management ignores you

This hotel was horrendous. The first room we were given had bugs crawling in the bathroom, several bugs killed and smeared on the room walls, hair covering the bathroom floors, walls and bathtub. We were given a new room and it was not any better.
