Reminded me of a bad movie where CSI showed up. The entire carpet was sticky, the bathroom floor was what you'd expect in a McDonalds kitchen - slick. The tub was painted (painted). And the bed - reminded me of a Dollar Store air mattress. Literally so soft you couldnt get out of it. Sheets seemed clean, but the blanket had burn marks and tears. We will cross Super 8 off the list forever!

NONE of the drains drained properly (sink,tub...toilet barely flushed).Each of us had to wait 30-plus minutes between taking showers because the tub stopped up so badly (2 adults and 4 children so it was a nightmare).I made a reservation days prior and STILL was stuck in the lobby for 45-plus minutes ( after 10pm) trying to check in after 3.5 hours of driving and 10 hours at six flags with 4 children (exactly why I had reservations because I KNEW that my Husband and I would be exhausted by the time we had to check in ; thing is,there were only two people in line ahead of us (they were having issues as well at no fault of their own (I know because they spoke to us about it),also had prior reservations).There is a bar in the parking lot in front of the hotel so the music and people were LOUD until way after 1:30 AM.I read in their ad that there was a pool,AFTER we checked in I received an email stating that it was not yet open,went and looked out of pure curiosity and it was green and stagnant .There were cigarette burns on EVERYTHING and mold/mildew on and in the fridge.Most of our light bulbs were blown and our "stand lamp" was broken.We had to put a $100 "damage deposit" down (which I STILL understood even though the rooms were poor) so when we went to leave we cleaned up really good and noticed there was candy stuck to the floor next to the beds and several blood stains on the side of the bed
