Staff was friendly and understanding when I booked a room last minute. Clean rooms and plenty of parking available.

Breakfast was supposed to be until 9:30, I went down at 9:20 and they had already cleaned everything up. My fault for getting down too late, but it would have been nice to be able to grab something really fast. Totally my fault though since I went late.

I only had one problem with my stay the fact that they charged my card way before check in and a hold amount also.

First I was given the wrong room and then scolded about it. The floors were filthy had to ask them to come vacuum. The air conditioner only works for 30 seconds and then stopped. They had a lock on the TV volume and it would only go up to 15. The bathroom towels were dirty and dingy. Pulling back the covers they had matching red stains on the pillow cases and the sheets. There was a glob of some kind of goo underneath the refrigerator. There was stuff from the previous tenant left on the desk. There was a long giant hair hanging from the ceiling in the bathroom. The staff was rude and wanted to be argumentative when I brought these details up to them. I asked them if they can switch my room and they said no. On our second day there on the way out to go to the store a man was in the lobby with three police officers asking for his money back because he had found bed bugs in his room. Needless to say we will never stay there again and that should be shut down for out disgusting it was.
