We stepped out of our room to eat the continental breakfast around 8:30am. My husband needed to return to the room around 9:15am to use the bathroom due to no public bathroom in the dining area. He promptly returned because housekeeping was already cleaning our room before we had checked out. Checkout time was 11am. We had to make alternate arrangements.

Hire another body to help the front desk and the person fixing breakfast, both were multi-tasking and definitely deserve a raise.

They really don't fix things just patch them. Our shower water came out of the shower and filled the whole bathroom. The orange juice at breakfast was more water than juice. The other items at the breakfast was decent.

The shower floods the room. Room smells of mold. The walls bang all night due to plumbing problems, When asked to move a room I was met with hostility and it was clear I was not allowed to change rooms. I went some where else and just cut my losses....
