I had problem with one of the hotel person who checked me in on May 26,2024 I told her I had a reservation and she made me wait and then other people came in and she put them in a room had me sat in the lobby then she came over to me after finished with the people then came over where I was at and then said I got a room now that didn't make any sense.to me but the other staff was very good
