Negatives: It took me 3hrs since I landed until i got to my room, Inwas very tired and the transportstion took forever to arrive. I called the hotel but they were not very friendly with me over the phone. They couldnt make me a room key when I arrived. Damien used his master key to open my room but i couldnt leave because their machine wasnt working, and since I left, the hotel NEVER STOPPED SENDING ME EMAILS EVERY DAY, i tried to block them, and ask them many times to stop BUT THEY NEVER STOP, I GET ADVERTISEMENT EMAILS EVERY DAY!!!! PPLLLEEAASEE STOOOPPP
