Front desk person gave me a room key to a room that already had people in there and yes we walked in on them changing clothes and who know what else. I was so embarrassed and when we back to tell the staff he was so non caring about it.

Everything, the location was so convenient to everything. Damian at the front desk was absolutely amazing and Kami at the restaurant was so helpful so pleasant and such a beautiful spirit I’m so grateful for such a great experience. also the cook did a fantastic job I don’t know his name but those teriyaki wings and cheesecake were absolutely amazing

It took me 3hrs since I landed until i got to my room, Inwas very tired and the transportstion took forever to arrive. I called the hotel but they were not very friendly with me over the phone. They couldnt make me a room key when I arrived. Damien used his master key to open my room but i couldnt leave because their machine wasnt working, and since I left, the hotel NEVER STOPPED SENDING ME EMAILS EVERY DAY, i tried to block them, and ask them many times to stop BUT THEY NEVER STOP, I GET ADVERTISEMENT EMAILS EVERY DAY!!!! PPLLLEEAASEE STOOOPPP
