Room was a little small. Windows seem off track. Person renting next door smoking marijuana. No smoking allowed, but as I walked down hallway day one I could smell marijuana loud outside unit. Wasn't able to buy snacks out of vending machine out of order

Needs major overhaul. Didnt feel clean at all. The bed made cracking noise when I laid down on it. I was afraid it was going to break/ fall down. The doors safety latch was not secure. The bathroom didnt feel clean. I couldnt recommend this hotel .

Ive stayed here multiple times due to affordability for area as we travel here often.

Ive stayed New Years here before however this time was different we had people above us making noise all hours of morning for 2 days straight we called to complain both nights once we had enough and its like nothing was done

It was quiet. The bed was nice. The people were friendly. The staff did an amazing job of helping you and check in was easy. The breakfast was delicious. The check in and check out process was smooth.
Negatives:
The cleanliness of the room could've been better. It was dirt under the toilet and around the inside of the tub. But if that was cleaned properly, I would've given it a 9, the place does need updating which I can see the changes that has been made but a 8

the distance from airport to hotel was good. The reception desk staff was professional and efficient. The breakfast was really appreciative. the shuttle bus to and from the airport was great.

Room in very poor shape. Faucet leaking.Everything was outdated. When I closed the bathroom door there were wads of hair on the floor. By the air conditioner, I cleaned the floor and the tocwels. FLOORS so full of dirt was unbelievable. TV not easy.

The friendly and so helpful staff that this property have from the top manager down to the staff.

Only thing I dislike was bath tubs. But they are currently redoing every tub in the building so this will be fix very soon.
