Nothing the room I was in it's not even rentable it's infested with roaches and I video them as well the health department needs to close Extended Stay down and you already is aware of the condition of the hotel and you all still rent rooms out it was never about the people it was always about the money I'll rate you all a zero the hotel needs to be demolished and a 500% upgrade it was a living hell

It was disgusting if I show you the videos you wouldn't be asking me these questions you already know the condition of the hotel once again before you run out of room roaches running everywhere all in the bed with us all in the bathroom running all on the kitchen counters you name it it was roaches so don't act surprised y'all are very aware and I don't fault the staff poor management from the owners y'all want the money from us the people but you don't want to invest in your building all that scarred up outdated furniture y'all too high volume for that I guess this is the results that we get after you have triple and double your money it should be a crime
