The damn hotel was CLOSED for remodeling yet they still booked us! There was a very nice woman there named Gayla who managed to get us into a Homewood Suites around the corner. While I was "discussing" my "disappointment" with the process, my son got online and actually booked another room - while it was CLOSED. We were there for a Military graduation - 3 family members, 2 rooms. I got an email confirmation of our stay. As I mentioned, "Gayla" was courteous and professional but the fact that you would book a room while the entire hotel was under renovations is appalling! Believe me - I'll tell EVERYONE!

THE HEATED POOL AMENITY WAS NOT AVAILABLE AS IT WAS UNDERGOING SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE. I SPECIFICALLY CHOSE THIS HOTEL FOR A SPA TRIP AND WAS NOT NOTIFIED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. I REQUESTED A PARTIAL CREDIT AT CHECKIN AND CHECKOUT BUT NONE WAS ISSUED.
