The faculty was very nice at the front desk.
Negatives:
The front lobby smelled of cigarettes. Very unclean room due to lack of deep cleaning and too much humidity over time. We had black mold on the comforters. My son, who just had surgery a few days prior to our visit, started having breathing issues at night due to us disturbing the mold. Had to drive 2 hours home at 2am as his breathing was laborous and he couldnt stop crying, and once we neared home he started doing better. We've been home all day and his breathing is so much better.

Coffee. 9:00 am breakfast cut off. Staff was accommodating to my late arrival for next morning breakfast. I arrived midnight for check in so slept late.

I have a real service dog, I was charged for her to be there, I explained again she was a Service Dog I was told that there policy was Service Dog or pet there was a charge per day! Not a deposit but a charge which is against the ADA laws they did not care!
