The cleaning staff is so friendly and nice! We had room 316! Also the front desk is very nice. The hotel is very clean and smells very good! Having coffee, hot water and cocoa is such a nice additive to the hotel! We loved it! The breakfast was delicious!
the rooms are updated. the mirror in the bathroom was modern and the light fixtures.
no bugs, no smells. It was a great stay!!
Negatives:
When we checked in, we were given the wrong key so we ended up going into someone else's room. That was awkward and dangerous. I am an honest person but what if someone had access to our room and stole our things? I put myself in other peoples shoes. Super unsecure.
The lady that clean and puts out the breakfast items- I appreciate her but she could smile a little more and not act like the guest are going to eat her. Also, would appreciate a "LAST CALL" before she just shuts the door and runs away.
I also didn't like the pancake maker. the pancake was half raw and half burnt and it rolled it out into a longggggg pancake. the old way is better.
