Negatives: Where to start? The mattress was lumpy, and the head of the bed was 4" lower than the foot of the bed. The bathtub had rust in it, and the washing machine was not working. They were renovating, so the workmen started at 7:15. The breakfast was represented in pictures with all kinds of wonderful things - NOT! A few slices of sausage and some eggs. Some cereal and milk. NO fruit, no yogurt, no, no, nothing! The lobby looks great but as you walk to your room, the halls are dimly lit with beautiful scones. They are dim because they don't want you to see how dirty and disgusting the hall carpet is. The place is tired. Very, very tired. I now know why it was only $69. I suggest another hotel. Shame on Clarion for its false representation on its website.

Negatives: The furniture was very old and there was so much noise on the outside between 3am to 7 am all I heard was people banging on doors super hard the walls are very thin

Negatives: Room was infested with roaches!! This place needs to be shut down immediately, it is not safe!! Horrible customer service!! Dirty!!

Negatives: I was charged an extra $100 before I even got to the hotel. I chose payment method-pay at property- but I was still charged a pre-authorization fee. When I go to the hotel, I was still charged the full amount plus a security deposit. I was told that I was going to receive my money back after I checked out and still haven’t received my funds. The hotel itself is still under construction so the rooms they have listed are not fully accurate on how they look. The hallways smelled like dirty mop water throughout the entire walk from the front desk to our room on the second floor. Everything in the room was damaged, as soon as we walked in we noticed the refrigerator was sinking through its cubby hole, the dresser had chips in it, the pull out bed didn’t even work because it was indented into the couch itself, they tried covering up a hole that was left at the bottom of the tub with either flex or something along those lines to cover it up, we were very hesitant to wash off in there. Literally the only decent part about the room was the bed, everything else was subpar and not up to standards, but you get what you pay for

Negatives: Everything the sheets were never changed there’s bugs all over the room the bathroom wasn’t cleaned and we didn’t even get a hotel room key card

Negatives: In the morning time it was dark

Negatives: We happened to book our stay as renovations were being done, so that wasn't ideal. But the stay was pleasant enough.
