I was totally disappointed after driving for more than 6 and a half hours when I got to the hotel they told me that they had no rooms and to top it off, Sir, you never informed me, not even by phone, text message, or email! You already know how I was, I was with two minors and an older person, this is not fair.

There were roaches in the room. There was no breakfast included although it said breakfast was included they only thing they had was coffee. The hotel looks dirty and run down. I asked for an extra blanket they told me I had to wait a few hours and pick it up. The microwave was absolutely disgusting. The hallways smelled, it was the worst hotel experience. When I checked in there was nobody at the front I had to say hello before someone came and then when I received the keys to my room I wasn’t told which way to take the elevator or stairs the person working their the night I checked in just gave me the key and went straight back to the back room.
