The location was great, and the view from my room was good.
Negatives:
I didn't like any part of the stay except the view from my room. The staff has no customer service skills. All there amenities are out of order and out dated. The elevator keeps breaking. They don't serve breakfast only coffee. The staff are sleep at night and they turn all the lights out in the lobby, ppl are just standing in the dark waiting to check in.

Room full of cigarette smells. I couldn't sleep in my room at all....but at my friend room... my asthma rice up cause of that... It's a really bad experience. I thought that it was a SMOKE FEEE room as I paid for it... I saw myself in the obligation to cancel my stay there and move somewhere else.
